Our client, a Dutch national, is a specialized trainer of industrial floor layer technicians. Our client’s company is a Dutch company that creates and installs industrial flooring in factories, airports, hospitals, etc. The company wanted to send an employee, a Dutch national with specialized knowledge, to the US to train teams of 20-25 workers in the procedures to install their proprietary flooring products. Our firm worked with the US Consulate General in Amsterdam to obtain the E-2 visa. The entire process took two months, including the certificate of enrollment process to register the company.
